The staff was great day shift and night..I can’t remember the lady’s name that checked me in but she was quick, friendly and helpful. Nellie was awesome and very helpful when the water was turned off. Besides the elevator ding and occasional housekeeper walking by it was quiet. The rooms are cute and they give you ice trays, cups, plates, coffee etc for kitchen supplies. Bathroom stocked. The pull away table was a cute touch. I was able to do what I came to do relax and kick back.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I only got one pan and it was peeling a bit. I specifically booked this place for the kitchen so I could cook and relax. Also woke up without water and it didn’t come back on until 1pm and even then the shower wasn’t working. It was orange when it came back on at first has to let it run. I get they were working on pipes but a heads up would have been great. The only other thing would have been the elevator ding I could hear it from my room every time someone got on or off the elevator slightly annoying so I would ask for room away from elevator lol

It was very convenient to Providence, if you have a car. it was clean, updated, and well kept. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
We were only there for one night but it’s really meant for longer stays, so it seemed a little bare bones, but it was fine.
