Positives: There was a bathtub in the room on the pictures given by booking.com and there wasn't one in the actual room. I have fibromyalgia and went to the hotel to use the pool, the hot tub and the bathtub in the room and was unable to have a bathtub in my room. Just for the record only the queen rooms have bathtubs in them. And all of the clean rooms were booked for that night so we couldn't be moved to be accommodated.

Negatives: The pictures could be accurate that you guys show on booking.com to match what's actually in the rooms. The receptionist has told me that you guys offer a Jacuzzi room on the booking.com website and they don't even have one.

Positives: It is a great hotel for an extended stay. I loved the bistro especially if you have breakfast included. The staff was excellent. The newly renovated rooms (not all floors are complete yet) are beautiful. I loved the location as it was easy to get where I needed to go. They are in the middle of renovations and even though you know it is going on; the workers are very polite and try not to get in the way of guests.

Negatives: The only complaint I have is the flooring in the pool area. They used regular tile for the floor so it is extremely slippery when wet and as expected it is wet all the time. You have to walk very slow and with extreme caution. If you have kids, make sure they know ahead of time not to run because they will slip and fall. I hope this is one of the renovations that will be made with all the upgrades currently being done. Besides that this is a really great hotel for family and/or solo travelers.
