Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, May 29th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, May 29th, 2023 at midnight and Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout.
