Location was good. I also liked that I could control the room temperature myself.
Negatives:
I thought the pet friendly option was sweet, but then having a dog in the opposite room bark all night was painful. I barely got any sleep the 2 nights I was there, even with ear plugs on. Same neighbors also ended up smoking weed which wafted into my room from evening into the night ( no offense to any smokers, but I detest the smell of tobacco/weed). There was a lot of banging and slamming. I couldn't figure out if it was above, below or besides my room. The room and sheets didn't smell too good - musty smell. It didn't look clean either, but I packed all my sanitizing sprays, so that was reassuring. For the cost, I was disappointed overall

Room was roomy and clean. I loved the coffee and you had the creamers that I use at home, that was a great touch!
Negatives:
The people above my room sounded like elephants when they walked. Might have had kids with them and that would explain it. Truly it was just fine. Kids are kids and I love them.

I loved that it was dog friendly without any additional charges. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and Newport just a short drive away. The room was comfortable. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly.
Negatives:
The hotel was not clean. The carpets in the hallways desperately needed to be vacuumed. Our bathroom floor had a lot of human hair in the corners.
