Positives:
Hip, clean, newish hotel steps from the pedestrian bridge right on the Providence River. Stylish, playful, and cozy room w/ a comfortable bed and bathroom. A big, flat-screen TV w/ free streaming platforms. Unique common areas and friendly staff. Our room was very quiet and we were able to park in a garage nearby (by the medical school) for just $10 for the night.
Negatives:
Very little. Including breakfast would have nice. The hotel was large and could have used more elevators. Also it would have been helpful to be able to adjust the temp in our room (we just couldn't figure it out but we could have asked the front desk). Finally housekeeping left an empty plastic water bottle by our coffeemaker. Minor issues overall however.

Positives:
The location was nice and the rooftop bar was amazing and the staff was great.
Negatives:
The only thing was the opened bathroom connected to the bedroom was a little too open but the rest was great
