Overall dirty, stains on bedding and carpets. Smelled like cigarettes. No hand soap in room. Lights did not always turn on in room. The previous guest’s bedding sat outside my door for over a day before collected.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this was the worst experience I have had! I tried to check in and there was nobody at the counter I tried to call on the courtesy phone multiple times and got no response so I left to do what I was there to do and came back later that night to find nobody at the counter still. I waited 40 minutes before two people arrived at the counter one of them being the manager and the other with incredibly glassy looking eyes they were incredibly rude and I expressed how unacceptable all of this was and they called me a liar and said I was being rude and then asked me to leave and I had to change my booking to a different location and fight for a refund.

I want my money back. I did not stay at this shit hole. My wife and I took the elevator to the 4th floor of this place and it reeked of pot. It was filthy. It was unsafe. Booking should be embarrassed to be associated with this dump.

If the place burned to the god damn ground and was a pile of soot and ash it would be better than what we found. We asked for an instant refund then left Providence for good.
