The room was clean. The view was great, once they put us in a room more consistent with our reservation. The breakfast offerings were diverse.
Negatives:
We booked the reservation 4 months in advance and pre-paid. The room they initially gave us had an obstructed view. The next room they gave us was reduced in size and the didn't refund any money. They tried to charge us for free parking. Bait and switch!!

Game room for our teens & staff. The staff was excellent, hotel employee from the front desk. Hotel employee went above & beyond to accommodate us. I notified her that I was allergic to feathers, she went to check if our pillows had feathers. Amazing service!
Negatives:
I wish breakfast was served at 6am on the weekend.. We had to be at Brown University for a competition at 7am and breakfast started at 7am so we had to buy breakfast elsewhere on Sat & Sun. .

Food wasn't the best but ok, not too much variety. Hours for restaurant was not good . Restaurant being closed on a Sunday ridiculous . Only entrance through garage another no no . But Staff was great , room was clean we had a good stay. Not sure I would return .
