Overall, the hotel staff were very accommodating and sweet and The room and hotel itself was clean!

Some of the things I disliked about this stay , breakfast closes down 9 AM which I think is way too early! When I arrived at 8:30 AM, there was nothing left for breakfast at all! I also was not comfortable on the bed In my room! The Fitted sheet did not fully cover the corners of the bed and they were not enough pillows and the ones that were there were very thin and flat. I also think it's odd to have a refrigerator in the room and not a microwave.

The mattress is too soft and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle of the king bed into each other. In the morning I plugged the hair dryer into the outlet and ALL THE LIGHTS WENT OUT. The staff was NOT TRAINED on how to go to the circuit breaker panel and reset. I had to get dressed by the light of my cell phone and I nearly missed my early morning flight.

Our room was dark, the window was against a brick wall. There were stains on one of the sheets on the bed, the bathroom floor was sticky, the tv remote was missing buttons, and we couldn’t connect to streaming services on the television.

They kept me awake all night ! Front desk girl who took my identification, credit card came pounding on my door at 12:15 am asking who I was , she kept calling me the wrong name and proceeded to tell me someone was trying to use my identity to check into a room and then walked away ! We called minutes later to get a thorough explanation , we did not receive one . Then at 5 am I received an email of my receipt, it had an incorrect credit card number on it , was not mine . Went down to straighten that out . She did not have my info and kept calling me the wrong name . I assume she put me in the wrong room that I booked and paid for on booking.com. Spoke to another person after her shift and felt I deserved a refund since I tossed and turned all night worried about my credit info in the wrong hands ! I emailed them , spoke directly to them and there was no resolution! Room was filled with ants as well .
