Negatives: It's always something Every time I go there. I reserve smoking rooms every time I get there there's Not one Available. I went there once and there was someone in the room sleeping in the room they gave me. You went there again and the key wouldn't work and I had to stand outside in the coal and wait for the maintenance man to change the door lock. Been there 2 other times the room was totally dirty One didn't have no TV in it. And then it's other little things like there's no batteries in the remote or just loop thing's why I have to go down to the front office. I don't feel like I should have to go down to the front office for anything if I'm already in my room everything should be ready.

Negatives: Very unclean room. Towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall. This motel rents by the week. Lots of people roaming around and didn't feel safe. People up all hours of the night keeping us from getting sleep. Bathtub looked horrid. Permanent stains. There were holes in the walls. Housekeeper left no soap in room. Too much to list. Not sure why Booking.com makes these reservations available. They need to update pictures of the actual rooms instead of computer generated pictures. It's misleading.

Negatives: the room wasn’t very clean at all. the guest who seem like long time residents were sketchy people. people were coming in and out most of the night. our toilet was broke and it took them quite a bit to fix it. The area is nice but the people make the hotel feel trashy and unsafe. the staff also aren’t very welcoming . upon check in I had to wait over 15 min for someone to come to the night window because she was in the back and there’s no video or doorbell. also I noticed half of the cameras installed don’t work so if a problem arose in that area it Wouldn’t be recorded
