Positives:
Never had the opportunity to try their breakfast as I leave for work before it's set up.
Negatives:
Room was extremely small for an extended stay and felt like an institution-dorm room. No carpet at all, faux hardwood throughout the entire building. To be honest the whole building felt very sterile and not comfy/homey at all. Also, It's very hard to find the building from the main road due to trees etc. You can't see the Hotel sign until you're right on it, everything is set back and hidden. IDK why the south "HIDES" all of their businesses' but it seems to be the norm. It's extremely frustrating to travel 12 plus hrs and not be able to find your destination.

Customer Service was excellent!!!
We had to leave early Saturday morning, we had an emergency with my 94 old DAD. Had to cut our trip short, enjoyed our stay.
Negatives:
If we could have stayed longer. Loved Bluffton and we were going to the Shrimp Festival.
in Hilton Head. We Missed out on our little get away.
