Location and staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
Staff or someone had used the bathroom prior to checking in and left their business tissue in toilet. Housekeeping can to clean right away, but still put a doubt in back of mind about cleanliness. Also, only had one hand towel in BR. Hated the way the shower water drifted into vanity area…made for a real mess that we had to clean up.

The staff needs to be trained better. They double charged me for my stay and didn't accommodate whatsoever and made me feel like I was annoying them when I brought up the issue.

Nothing was good about this Aloft I was disappointed. Philly had a better location.
Negatives:
The room was pretty disappointing and not comfortable there was construction and the pool and workout areas were closed. The room was non smoking and smelled like someone had smoked in the room. the heater was very loud. The frig was broken and not clean the room beds were lumpy and not comfortable.
