Positives:
The location was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The price was very good!!!
Negatives:
No door in bathroom. Pictures on website are misleading. Upon arrival you are greeted with guests standing outside entrance openly drinking and smoking. Alot of guests smoking Marijuana (to each his own) but the stinch (skunk smell) could be smelled in hallways and elevators.

The room was so beautiful and amazing it was very spacious. The staff was very nice and very welcoming. Everything and everyone was just A1 they made me and my friend felt welcome and at home. We will definitely stay again.

When Aloft first opened I liked the minimalist vibe, and we look for them often when traveling. Sadly, they do not take care of the facilities. We had to switch our room because the TV could not be turned off either by remote control or using the buttons on the side of the tv (the tv was on when we entered the room - tipoff!). It's ok, it was 11pm and we had just arrived, but the room was filthy so I didn't mind moving. Second room was just as dirty as the first. Floor carpets were frayed and filthy, years past replacing. Tile grout, and base moldings dirty and gross. Every single window in this building is fogged with a compromised thermal seal. Every single one. This is ok because the shades were broken anyway. Room heater/ac unit sounds like a Harrier spooling up. We didn't want breakfast anyway, but even if we had we would have passed. It was basically nonexistent. And the topper, "We are turning off all water at 10:00am. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here." Again ok. It is not someplace you would linger in the first place.

accessible room bathroom floor is on a gradient AWAY from the shower drain so anyone who showers leaves the entire toilet, sink, refrigerator area flooded under 2 inches of water approaching the carpeted area. contractors need to revise this. fall and electrocution risk.

The rooms need updating. My hotel door had chipped paint. The shades did not come all the way down. The sink at chipped old, molding that was cracking around the entire sink. The refrigerator was leaking.
