Negatives: Not much. Our neighbors were severe alcoholics.

Negatives: Dirty

Negatives: The hotel room was dirty. There were roaches.

Negatives: Few bugs. No water pressure. No blanket just a thin covering so bring a blanket. Also you will have to bring your dishes or rent them from the desk.

Negatives: Shower pressure was horrible and they was food left in the microwave

Negatives: The refrigerator was very noisy

Negatives: No, everything was fine

Negatives: I arrived at the property from work at 9:30 pm but I could not check in and pay for the room cause even though I had the $76.94 for my night’s stay, they charge a $109 security deposit which I also had until I arrived there and to my horror I had duplicate holds on my debit card from the Uber trip to the hotel leaving me $7 short of the $109 security deposit. Therefore, I was unable to check in because I did not have the full $185.94 (I only had $175 left) and had to book a room at another Extended Stay thru Expedia at 10:55 pm which was $10 more but they did not require a security deposit. I also had to pay for additional Uber ride to get to 2nd ESA location. The icing on the cake was once I got to the 2nd ESA location I was trying to get a drink from vending machine at 1 :30 am and my card was declined cause the first Extended Stay charged my card the $76.94 and left me to stand outside by myself for an hour until I called Uber trying to figure out what to do when I was short the $7 on the deposit. I guess I should mention that although I like this hotel and would stay here all the time if I could it is not in the best or should I say it’s in probably one of the worst areas of North Charleston and that is why they always have availability at that one. And even though I was a return customer and came down here from Summerton to work, I was left to stand out front on Rivers Avenue alone at 11:00 at night cause they close the front desk at 10 pm.
