The room price was great giving we waiting until last minute to find one.

Staff seems to take breaks for extended periods of time. We arrived at about 4:30-5p and the staff was outside in the smoking patio on her phone and had to be summoned by a knock at the door. I requested piñon for my pullout couch and additional towels to cover all out family and the never came. When we arrived back at the hotel from out outing on Thursday night around 10:30 I believe we still had no covers for the pullout. I went to the front desk and waited 30 minutes for the girl to return from outside in the parking lot never acknowledge me or states she works there but went straight in as if she wasn’t missing for a long period of time. I then requested the item and returned to my room. Overall, maybe it’s just the staffing needs that tend to have them all over for one place but some seem to be more occupied with other personal stuff than their customer service. Thanks and we may definitely come again.

The staff was nice and well thorough with the check in and check out process and easy to talk too. The AC worked extremely well.
Negatives:
They do not serve actual breakfast, like eggs and stuff, they only serve coffee, oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. There were bugs, cockroaches and bees, in our room, and the shower wouldn’t completely switch to shower. So the bath and shower were running at the same time, so the water pressure was terrible but it got the job done. Our keys stopped working at one point and so we went down to get them fixed and there was a sign saying that they would be right back. 1 hour and a half later a person finally came in, the last person must’ve silenced the phones because I was calling to see if anyone was in the office and no ringing was happening. Hallways smelt like pee and smoke.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was fenced in and in a good location for shopping and eating. The beds were comfortable. The Walmart was up the street.

Front desk was closed when we arrived, an employee (who looked like she was doing laundry) told us that front desk staff left at 11pm and that there were no more rooms available. I mention we had a reservation but she said there were no more rooms available. We had to find another place to sleep.
