Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are snacks and coffee you can grab in the morning instead of breakfast, which is good for such an inexpensive place.

Negatives: There were roaches in the bathroom, which is never a pleasant surprise. Also, the carpet in the room had some odd stains. I expected more regarding the cleanliness of the rooms.

Positives: Nice location and easy drive to historic district. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Negatives: Very disappointing breakfast with no cold beverage options, only caffeinated coffee. Room did not come with typical amenities i.e. coffee pot, shampoo/conditioner. Had to ask front desk for any items you would normally expect to be provided. No ice available. Shower curtain continuously slid open making it difficult to shower without spraying bathroom with soap and water. Disappointing room for the price.

Positives: Comfortable bed. Good location. Plenty of free parking.

Negatives: Badly in need of updating. Carpet, bathroom walls all need attending to. Cupboards were bare of utensils, pots, pans, which were only provided on request at the front desk. Coffee only provided in lobby for a few hours in the early morning. Breakfast was unpallatable. TV very old and didn't have a place to plug in a firestick.
