Positives: I really don't know because I got no further than the Lobby which was disappointing and smelled like a public restroom. I say this because although we had a reservation, the front desk clerk had given our reserved room, guaranteed with a credit card, away. Telling my husband and me they had no more rooms. We are senior citizens and ended up driving 4.5 hours back home in the rain...mad as hell. Booking or Extended Stay dropped the ball. I am waiting for an explanation and refund if they took payment.

Positives: the staff was nice
Negatives: property was run down, did not feel safe, no elevator to get to the 3rd floor
Negatives: I didn’t feel safe
Positives: Floors were dirty, dead roaches, front of drawer falling off, cabinet Orr in kitchenette falling off, trash left unemptied, garlic peel and shavings in Flatware drawer (never cleaned), refrigerator left unclean, base around toilet uncleanness and shower curtains and rod falling down. The room described in previous statements is room 306. The second room I was assigned. The first room I was assigned, room 111, was not serviced. No sheets on bed no pillow cases, no towels. When I returned to the desk clerk and explained the condition of room 111, he never apologized for the inconvenience. He acted as if he were unconcerned and had all of the time in world. I have stayed at your other facilities without a problem. I will never go back I respectfully ask to be credited for the $113 in addition to $125 to have my clothes dry cleaned from stale cigar smoke in a non smoking room

Positives: The location was decent and very quiet.
Negatives: The bathroom shower rod was broken , no room service asking if we need anything like towels, fresh blankets and sheets. Also I saw a roach in the bathroom. Out stay lasted for about a week
