Positives:
The location, outdoor pool, staff, and room are great. The location specifics: nearby grocery market, brewery, Chinese restaurant and others, contactless car wash (8$ is the cheapest), gas station, and Starbucks make it extra good.
Car trips to Charleston can take from 30m to 1h long if there is no traffic or crashes on the bridge.
They're pet-friendly, thanks for that! (75$ per stay).
Negatives:
Hotel side - depending on the room choose what's better for you: road noise at night or kids screaming during the day in the pool.
Breakfast - if you love eggs it's perfect, it worked for me, but the rest of the people might seem a bit limited in options to choose from.
Various Insects, I'll just say that I hate them, they somehow find a way to get inside your room.

Overall good, worth the money
Positives:
The location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Credit One Stadium and shops. There is even a complimentary shuttle that picks up and drops off for the arena.
Negatives:
Being a 2 queen room, having double sinks would have been nice since we went as a group.
