I would up cancelling my second room due to a "smoke free facility" and having to pay a deposit just to check in. Upon opening the door marijuana odor slapping me in the face. But they gave my money back.
Negatives:
Didn't like the fact that the pictures of the room I was showed that I was reserving wasn't the rooms.

Paid for a superior king non smoking got a regular king non smoking .I paid the extra just to have a refrigerator and microwave which I didn't receive and should have been provided anyway, I'm very disappointed

Nothing about this hotel was pleasant.
Negatives:
Everything, from the location to the people, was pretty awful. The room smelled bad. I didn't even stay because I didn't feel safe. I was told I would get my damage deposit back, but I know I won't. I haven't gotten my refund for the hotel room either, and I've done all the necessary steps in order to get it. All in all, I rate this hotel 1 / 5 junkies because that's exactly who stays here. Don't trust any of the positive reviews or nice looking pictures, they're all extremely misleading.
