Staff friendly, but they run a building surrounded by the homeless and they have absolutely no compassion or empathy. They watch a building immediately next door; one that obviously used to be owned by them and they see druggies breaking and entering

Big hole in floor near a/c, carpet was all stained, location was not in a good area, fridge did not work and when u opened it, it spelled like death. Sheets were not the best.I would not recommend this hotel at all. Paid for 4 nights left on the 3 day.

WORST. HOTEL.EVER! They're thieves! They're trying to double charge me. Their room was gross with stains, door/lock was broken, mold/mildew in bathroom, fire alarm hanging off the wall by a wire, paper thin blankets. Bed was NOT a queen like I booked.
