This is my third night staying here not receiving towels or room service I clean my own room I put my towels out before check out it is now 9:13 and I still have not received my towels I've called the office four times and still not have received my towels no trash bag tissue shampoo none of the condiments or toiletries that belong in the bathroom was giving back to me I feel as though I deserve a discount or a free night

Call customer service and hospitality housekeepers I rank them at a 4.0 don't clean rooms don't bring back toiletries towels or anything that belongs in the room for stay over guests very unpleased paid almost $100 for nights in a row
