Positives:
Location was great and walking distance to center of down town. Breakfast was good but not international standard as far as choice. Foyer was high standard. Presentation of hotel was high. Enjoyed our apartment room.
Negatives:
Front line people on desk need to lift their game. They are the face of your brand and should understand the importance of their role. But manager at front desk saved the day on two occassions. Should be more like him. Older gentle man on table clean up at breakfast was a delight also.
Staff are the key to making a hotel great.
