Didn’t authorize the digital key till after check in. Requested a room on 5th floor well in advance. Didnt get it. Instead i had idiots above me running back and forth and jumping all night And in the a.m. pool is tiny . For some reason maids decided to come in the room around 7 in the Morning Like who does that Clean after 11 And clean empty rooms dontnm disturb guests by entering before sunrise
