Negatives: Room was a disaster, no light bulbs in lamps, holes in comforter, ants in room, smelled like 10 lbs of tobacco, tv didn't work at first, pillows smelled like mildew, and on top of all of this was asked for a deposit for this room! I guess so they could fix the room itself that is in disrepair

Positives: Check in was easy.

Negatives: The bathroom door locked while being occupied. It took 20-30 minutes for maintenance to unlock the door. The tub had dirty rings in it and the shower curtain was dirty. There was a very slow drain in the tub. No coffee maker or hair dryer. The wash cloths and towels had dirty stains in them. The room looked like the housekeeper just pulled the covers up on the bed and did nothing else.
