Negatives: Room was so nasty they were trying to check me into. I had to come back and ask for cleaning supplies before they moved me and even then wanted me to wait an hour after I already payed an early check in fee of $30. The least I can do is get a clean room or not pay that fee. Staff was rude when told I spilled something in my room and required something to clean it. If yall used to nasty people just say that because being rude to someone trying to clean a mess is outrageous

Negatives: linings and carpet seem worn out, and the mattress also felt fluffy, in the last months of comfort before they change it by the end of the product lifecycle.
