Room was nice, property was pretty. Very convenient beach access. I like that the hotel is dog friendly because the beach is dog friendly.
Negatives:
Staff is hit or miss. Some people are kind and attentive, others couldn't care less whether you were there or not. I'd skip the on site restaurants. Overpriced, mediocre food, and very slow service.

We had a do not disturb sign in our room because we went out and didn't want any cleaning done. When we came back there was a baby crib in our room.

Positives:
A beautiful resort with pools, beach , spa and wonderful restaurants. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and an amazing view. The food was really good at all the restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet in the Carolina room. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the harbor. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! The staff were especially courteous and so helpful.
Negatives:
It was very crowded, and at times we couldn’t find a chair at the pools. We did , however, rent the cabana loungers one day.

The rooms 1011 & 1013 were located across the hall from the 24 hour fitness center. We heard loud banging all night like there was construction activity. When checking with the front desk they claim it was noise from the fitness center. Really?
