Very nice facility, restaurant was great for dinner if you didnt want to get out along with the bar area, had a free evening snack and drink time from 5:30 to 7pm everyday and the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of great choices. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this facility to our friends and family.

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful room. Amazing view from the window! Delicious food in the restaurant. At 5 pm compliments - drinks, cheese, cookies - it's very nice. Quiet, very quiet and beautiful area. I liked everything!
Negatives:
At breakfast the staff is clearly hampered by the large number of guests and it is very crowded, noisy and bustling. And it is a pity that the windows do not open. The hotel is near the bay and at night it would be nice to sleep under a fresh breeze, and not an air conditioner!

The breakfast was very plain and a bit crowded. The set up was not conducive to sitting down for a comfortable meal.
Negatives:
The parking garage was a mess since it’s shared with an office building next door. You did not mention that it would cost $30 daily to park there and that there was nowhere else to park.
Your front desk staff are not as efficient as they need to be .

The entrance is beautiful without being ostentatiously over the top. The rooms are lovely, quite spacious and well laid out. The food is delicious and happy hour is great. We had a wonderful stay.
Negatives:
I had to ask for toilet paper (I really hate to have to ask for toilet paper - my travel companions did as well.) and I think bathrooms should have multiple places to hang towels, robes, toiletry bags and I miss having disposable shower caps in the room.
