I messaged and called the property and advised I booked the room for an out of town employee to cover two shifts. They said no problem, they will note the account. When the employee went to check in with the reservation number and print out, they refused her. She never got to stay there. They had to leave and book a room at Hampton Inn. I will never use this hotel and I now have to request a full refund since they were not allowed to stay there! Disappointed is an understatement!
