Location is very good and easy access to the beach and the fishing pier, as well as most the areas restaurants and parks.
Negatives:
Booking.com and the hotel website didn’t mention at all that more than half of the property is under renovation, the remaining operational section is essentially next to a construction site. The facility in the room is old and malfunctioning all the time. During our stay my daughter was locked inside the bathroom for about an hour and the staff have to break the door to get her out. Very scary experience for her as the bathroom is very small and tight in air.

We got to the hotel it was super sketchy we drove to what looked like the front it was poorly lit no staff in sight we spent an hour walking around for someone and finally found a conference center and asked a man who finally helped point us across the street? To where the check in was. Now we are tired as we just did a 15 hour drive down to the hotel... We go up and it looks like a horror movie the lights were non existent, vacant rooms looked like they had been demolished, but we ignored it because of construction... as we walked in our room there were papers on the floor, stains on the pillows, the main light was broken and even the toilet paper holder was broken. We promptly left and stayed for all of about 10 seconds in the room before we went back and tried to get out refund. The company refuses to give a refund after I was promised one. Absolutely terrible

The only thing was okay was the included mini-golf.
Negatives:
I didn't like how the hotel looked. It's under remodel and that wasn't express when booking. The hotel looked awful. It was over priced and we only got partial ocean view. The other things that were included in the resort fee were not available other then mini-golf. The mini-golf area wasn't well taken care of either. On top of that they charge a $75 dollar fee for having pets that wasn't disclosed when you went to book the stay. This is not a place that I will stay at again. For one night I paid over $200 hundred dollars and it wasn't even worth it. This should have been more like $50 dollars for the night. There are better hotels for the cost. The pictures on here is not how the hotel looks like. If you are looking for a place to stay at, chose a different hotel.
