The staff was phenomenal they handled all the challenges great. They resumed each customer that they would enjoy their stay praise of the renovations. And they even made themselves available, and said anything we needed but he actually meant it and showed it to each customer.

The property is going through renovations so… the elevate would be stopped at they could work on flooring etc

The elevator did not work, the hotel was a construction site.
We contacted hilton honors to no avail. We were told we would be contacted within 3 days which did not happen either.
We will be choosing other hotel chains in the future and warning our friends of this experience.
This hotel should be closed.
