The updates, breakfast was good.

The hot tub was not always working, housekeeping was not the best. We would ask questions to the front desk and no one could ever answer our basic questions. Also location was scary as people told us not to walk on the streets at night.

It was said that the hotel had indoor pool online, but in fact DID NOT, which was one of the main reasons I booked. I felt bamboozled!
Room didn’t feel very clean.
I called room service for some items, was told it would be up shortly. 30 mins pass, no one came, so I had to call back and was told I would have to come get it because they had no one to bring the items to me.
