Negatives: The beds were not comfortable

Negatives: The breakfast wasnt very appealing

Negatives: Breakfast of course with no meat but I was expecting this from reading prior reviews. Also upon check in there was no toilet paper in my room but I was provided some when I asked.

Negatives: Hard boiled eggs for breakfast. We would’ve rather had scrambled eggs

Negatives: We booked this room for our daughter and grandkis. The room definitely had a few issues upon check-in. The vent in the shower was filthy, and the floor and toilet base was dirty. On the way out to get dinner, we stopped and asked that those things be taken care of. Upon returning to the room after dinner, my daughter checked the beds and found the pillow cases had brown smears that appeared to be make-up. When she called the front desk to get them changed, she was told no one was there at that time of the day to change them for her so she could come get more linens but would need to change them herself. She also had to vacuum the floor using the hotel vacuum as the floor looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. When I arrived and expressed my concerns to the front desk clerk, she offered to get the general manager so that I could speak with her. It took a little longer than I thought was needed for her to come out of the office, and when she did, she seemed more bothered than customer service focused. Her conversation didn't begin a greeting or any pleasantries. She asked how she could help, to which I asked if she was the general manager and her name. When my daughter joined us, she asked who's name the room was in and who paid for the room. Once we confirmed the room was in my daughters name and she was paying for it, the general manager told me she couldn't discuss any issues regarding the room with me because I wasn't paying for it which was fine. As my daughter was explaining the issues she had with the room, when she started talking about the sheets being dirty, the general manager interrupted her and said they always changed their sheets. My daughter told her not that time. She did ask my daughter if she wanted to move to another room. My daughter declined the offer, saying she had already cleaned the room she was in and didn't want to have to clean another.

Negatives: Nothing really everything was accessible. Hot coffee was available in the morning and in the afternoon If it wasn’t hot, you could still pour a cup and take it to your room and have it warm up in the microwave

Negatives: Breakfast could have included hot scrabbled eggs and bacon
