EVERYTHING!!!! ROOM HAD ROACHES, EVERYTHING WAS FILTHY. ROOM HAD A TERRIBLE SMELL! CARPET WAS DISGUSTING AS WELL! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BOOKED IN MY LIFE!!!!! OH AND AT CHECK OUT THE RUDE FRONT DESK AGENT WAS THE WORST PART!!!! I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THAT TO BE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR MY BUSINESS!!!!!! YALL JUST NEED TO THROW THE WHOLE HOTEL AWAY ( including your employees) AND START OVER!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. AND ILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Elevator didn't work I know for a fact it's been down over a year. I stayed last year and it wasn't working. You think in a year it would be fixed. You had to ask for housekeeping constantly. Just terrible only think ok was the pricing.

Our shower did not work on arrival we asked for it to be looked at and maintenance did not come out till the following night and "fixed" it there was little water coming out shower head. On check out day at 10:23am my daughter was changing in the front room when house keeping entered our room unlocking the door and stood there asking why we was in the room when I replied our check out was not till 11am the last stood in door way while radioing the front dest with the door open when my 9 year old did not have pants on!!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all.
