The hotel will authorize a $50 nightly hold for security purposes at time of check in. Please be sure to inform us of your pet in advance so we can secure a pet friendly room, a $75 fee will apply per room, per stay. If we are not informed of your pet at check in or prior, an additional $100 fee will be incurred.

The man who checked me in was very friendly and professional. The room was very quiet and spacious.

The bed was uncomfortable. My friend left her kindle. At first she checked the box to pick up the kindle. Then she changed her mind and wanted it mailed. I called the hotel and spoke to a woman who said we had to go to UPS and get a "stamp," but she couldn't explain what that meant. I asked her questions about shouldn't it go by weight, things like that, and she couldn't answer any question. I asked to speak to someone else who could help, but she said she was the only one there. I went back to the app and clicked to have the kindle mailed, and it went through the process easily. Apparently, she couldn't even suggest I could back to the app. Very frustrated and disappointed with her service.
