Wed never stayed a a Tru hotel ! What a cool place! From the decor to to the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect. This is truly a new concept hotel for the 21st century. Clean, modern, and well equipped.
Negatives:
Cant think of anything. Bed was comfy and amenities were perfect. One non related question:, who came up with the name No soap radio for your bath /shower products? Thats so boomer! Younger people will not get the reference

Staff was excellent. The elevator broke and both were down on Sunday morning when I was checking out of my 5th floor room but the staff handled it well. I hope the hotel made the kids who were playing around on the elevator pay for the repairs!
