Positives: The staff was really good and friendly the main area was clean the hallways were clean
Negatives: The only thing I didn't like to walk into your shower for the first time and find mold and hair in the shower. I did put a complaint in to the front desk and I did say that I would have to speak to the big manager on Monday which I called and called even left a message and she never even returned my phone call.

Positives: Breakfast wasn’t very good. It was pretty noisy at night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and the front desk couldn’t figure it out either.

Negatives: We had a reservation for 2 queen size beds and had 3 adults. When we arrived to check in, the gentleman (Tyler) was registering us in, I asked him if it had 2 queen beds and he replied, “no mam, we only have a king size bed available.” I think you know my next statement..My husband and I do not want our friend to sleep with us! May I ask, “why do we make reservations in the first place, when it’s obvious, NO one reads the information?” This isn’t rocket science! I would appreciate a response from Wendy, General Manager, of the hotel. My information is on the reservation.
