I understand that I will pay a convenience premium for snacks and drinks but $8 for a pint of ice cream is ridiculous and insulting! I would have paid up to $5 but at $8, I skipped it and went to my room disappointed and with a bit of a bad impression.

YES!!! WHEN MY HUSBAND HIT HIS HEAD ON THE EDGE OF THE TV IN CASE WHERE YOU EAT BREAKFAST. His head was bleeding, the staff member told him " What you want me to do about your head bleeding " I thought that was so rude of her to say that to my husband.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major thing for me. Not only was the outside of the hotel clean but the inside as well. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was top notch. This will be a hotel that I frequent.
