LThe linen and towels were stained, the floors in the in the two previous rooms were extremely filthy. There were patches of black mole on the ceiling this list could go on, the only great thing about the experience was the hotel employee on duty.

I was told my card did not work so I left. I never stayed at the hotel.
Negatives:
The man helping me was having a full conversation with another man about going on a date together. The man on my side of the counter was asking when they should go out. I was not given the attention I needed after such a long drive. I used my card and was told it declined. I was charged on my card for the room!

Friendly front-end attendant. The first room was not clean, the bed was not made, and the bathroom was dirty. Dirty wash clothes on the floor. The room did not even smell clean. I was grossed out. That was nasty Went back to the front, and the guy apologized and gave me another room
