They was very nice and respectful the breakfast was good a bunch of different options daily just wish I had read the signs about the timing on it on weekdays it ends at 9:30 and weekends at 10:30

Still only one elevator took forever to get on it
Went to ask for shower towels and was told they was out that they needed clean as well as the pool towels

Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet and professional. She made us feel very welcome right from the start. I had an ESA Dog with me and she managed my ID easily for this too.
Negatives:
It was my essentially my fault but I didn't like the 3rd floor room. As a USN Disabled Vet it made it a little more difficult for me. Again, this was on me as I should have made a request which I will do for our October 10th and our December 27th stay.

The pillows smelled awful. Like dirty hair and sweaty construction workers. And I mean all 8 of them smelled. I had to get the two from the closet left for the pull out. They need cleaned once in a while, folks. The linens were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Just clean the darn pillows. It was gross. And put a table in the room of some kind to eat on. It has a kitchenette, after all, to have to eat on a footstool.
