The worst place I've ever been. I had to call a number to get them to come to the night window. They never answered. Keys were in the Dropbox. I thought they were mine. Went into a filthy room that hasn't been cleaned from last guest. I called and called, they never answered the phone.
Negatives:
Paid for a king bed and it had two little beds. The office was closed in the morning. I called that number repeatedly and no one ever answered. Put keys back in the drop box.

Convenient location off I-95. Room was quiet. Price was low compared to others in the area.

Very dirty room. Sink was damaged, appeared to be vandalized. Non-smoking room smelled of old smoke.Door frame damaged as if broken into. Check in done through a security window, lobby not open. No coffee or breakfast as advertised.

It was supposed to be a NON smoking room, but I got sick on the leftover smoke! It also was in some sort of transition and it was lacking an entrance to get in to check in, a breakfast of any kind and then there was the smoke smell, which I am allergic t

The only thing I liked about this hotel was that after paying extra for a king size bed and getting a room with two full-size beds we complained to the staff and they gave us a room with a king size bed.

The first room we were given had a bug crawling on the chest of drawers, the lights didn't work, the second room had lights that didn't work, the floor was dirty and we didn't trust to keep anything on the floor and kept all our suitcases tightly closed.

The room was filthy, the carpet was soaking wet, the bed linens were previously slept on and had stains on them. There was black dog hair all over the room, my poor granddaughters allergies were severe. There is NO BREAKFAST and NO IN ROOM COFFEE.

It really was not too bad of a stay they were friendly there and it was pretty well up kept it does not have the condimentary breakfast that was advertised but that's because they were under construction in that area

I booked thru the booking.com app and it read that there was breakfast and an ice machine but, unfortunately, when you arrive you have to check in through the night window because the lobby is closed and there is a sign on the window stating that there is no breakfast or ice machine because they are in the midst of being renovated. This place is old and in a part of town that is quite run down. The upside was there wasn't many other people staying there so the place was very quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if I were in the area because the price is reasonable.
