Proximity to the highway.
Negatives:
Front desk associate, at check in, was less than pleasant, room smelled like urine, toilet tank was about to fall over and breakfast buffets meat was grey.

Close to highway. Quiet. Accommodated pet dog with plenty of grassy areas and pet waste disposal. The pet friendly room was very clean, and ground floor allowed easy access to grassy area. Breakfast was more than adequate to get us going!
