Negatives: It wasn’t what I expected. Worn, dirty in places…the queen mattress my daughters used was on a full box springs, for example. Just not at all like extended stay hotels I have used for work in the past. Disappointing considering the $$$ I paid for a single night!

Negatives: it was very expensive considering I paid for two nights what the man in front of me paid for a week

Negatives: When I went to do a towel exchange (which is weird in the first place, but maybe it’s just an ESA thing) I went to the office and was told they don’t have any. I don’t quite understand how a hotel runs out of towels, especially when they do a towel exchange program, but we were disappointed that they weren’t able to keep up with the needs of the guests. We were also disappointed that other necessities weren’t provided such as hand or dish soap and a pack and play for our child, leading to him sleeping on the floor on a blanket. Finally, the building isn’t at all accessible, with no sidewalks leading to the rooms or stairs, making use of our stroller extremely difficult. Overall disappointed with the hotel and the experience we’ve had.

Negatives: When I checked in at 7:30 local time on the day of my reservation, I was advised by the woman at the front desk that they did not have a room for me. When I told her I had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds she said they didn't have an available room with 2 queen beds. I had to pull information out of her by asking, 'What room do you have?'. She said I have a room with one queen bed. I kept asking what happened to my reserved room she said that "they" regularly overbook rooms and there is nothing she could do about it. I was very much infurated at this situation and at her for the horrible customer service. She seemed very much upset at whomever "they" are and I could tell this was something she was having to repeat to many guests. I took the one room and a couple of us had to sleep on the floor that night. The room was not clean. Carpets were not vaccuumed, sheets were not clean (my family did not want to sleep under the sheets). Bathroom sick was not clean, dresser drawers did not fit into dresser, dumpster in parking lot blocked many parking spaces. It was clear that management doesn't value their property at all. I have never had such a horrible experience. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Negatives: We were told our room was given away because they were overbooked and since we reserved through a third party, our reservation was cancelled but no one reached out to tell us that. We found out upon arrival at 1:30am with a baby traveling with us. We went to a different building (There are 3 total… very confusing) and they had a room available. The shower didn’t work and the kitchen, walls, and floors were dirty - needed wiped down, visible dirt on them. We also were told we would have a crib waiting for us and when we got there they said don’t even have cribs at all. Strong chemical smell was coming from the room. Had to leave the door open to air it out. There was also a small hole in the wall under the bathroom mirror - very creepy and unsettling.
