Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The room was on the third floor no elevator. room was dirty cupboard was broke the door was off. There was crumbs in all the cupboards and dresser found a bottle of nasal spray under bed that wasn't ours. The corners top stove was broken the microwave was dirty and there was feces in the toilet can I take a charger the bed was as hard as a rock.

The rooms were dirty and had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. Requested non smoking but was provided smoking room. One out of 3 was leaking from room.m Spoke to manager and he was suppose to call me on Monday but no one did. How do I raise a refund?
