Easy to get in and out, pretty close to where I needed to go, close to shopping and food. The water pressure was amazing in the shower!! The price wasn’t bad for what you get.
Negatives:
Could use a little updating in the rooms, shower curtain had reddish pink stains on the bottom, bathroom vent fan didn’t work, some paint pealing, the chair had dirt around the cushion edges, fridge made noise all night. just minor little things.

due to one of American extended stay having a power outage or the story I was told they keys are not working for the rooms then told they don’t have anymore rooms. so, I was moved to another extended stay American next door to this hotel and I was treated with such disrespect and they tried to charge me again due to the other hotel not having any rooms and told me to cancel this subscription and redo a new subscription for that hotel ! the most disappointing about this hotel is, they all was rude, first we was lied to about the first rooms I was supposed to get at the correct location which is this hotel, then I was told told I had to pay again for the next hotel that’s just like it next door to them. It took over 1 hour to get into our room due to this location hotel not having any rooms and they keys did not work for the rooms.

The key machine wasn't working. Not necessarily their fault, but we had to get them to open the door every time. The room smelt like smoke even though it was non smoking.

Positives:
Hotel was priced less compared to other most other places.
Negatives:
Bed bugs. I encountered and killed 3 bugs that were the size of a jelly bean. One in bathroom, two in bedroom. Body itched and saw some bug bites when I returned home.
