Location is a little far, but not bad. The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor, that was a little annoying but it was made worse by an awful smell in the stair well.

Great for extended stays

Not much! Two beds and no place to sit in the common area. They put a bed in there. One recliner. Something spilled in outer hallway! It was not good. We came to Nashville for a funeral and surely didn't need to stay in a dirty suite like this one!!!
Negatives:
Long list: room needs repair team. Vent part just sitting in the room with sharp edges that could have hurt someone
Kitchen cabinets in bad disrepair. A deep cleaning team is needed. Counters dirty, rust in stool, hadn't been vacuumed, dirty spoon in the drawer, food on dishes in cupboard, grout was horrid with missing grout in the bathroom, no fan in bathroom for shower steam, couldn't control AC to our liking. Dirty walls and switches.

There were big roaches coming out of the ac unit box. Also the ac put the ac down to 66f which is the lowest and still was warm in the room 66 was more like 72. Also the tv was really old no smart tv capabilities which kinda sucked

Location was excellent. Grounds were beautiful.
Negatives:
Chair was broken, toaster was broken, towel bar was off the wall, shower dispenser were empty, bathroom tile floor was not very clean and they used a product on it that made it kind of slick. Employees were very friendly. But rooms needed upgrades.

Chris at the front desk was terrific as usual. He was able to help with our special requests and is always so positive and kind. Hotel is in a great location and nice neighborhood. Clean and quiet. I have to travel for medical treatments each month and this is one of our goto places to stay.
