The space was amazing. Great staff who helped and explained everything. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room and accommodations. The only thing I would have changed is to stay longer! Hope our next trip we can book same place.

location was great. we didnt try the breakfast.

Room was not very clean (floors needed swept). there was a 2" waterbug in the shower, shower needed wiped down (lots of water spots). No do not disturb sign for door. We left for lunch on day 2 and came back to door standing ajar (not even latched shut). Deadbolt on door didn't work.

It was close to Bristol Speedway…the purpose of our stay!
Negatives:
They had residents at the hotel! We were next door to one who smoked weed all day! Our room smelled like weed because of him! When he wasn’t in his room the dog would cry. The worst thing was we were woken up at 6 am by him beating his dog horribly and screaming at the poor animal. I called the front desk and they told me he had left for the day and the dog had separation anxiety. I said no miss he is in there killing his dog!!! I told them I was going to call police. I banged on his door and he threatened me and slammed the door in my face screaming that he got fired from his job. The locals were pure trash!!
