I like the clean and modern feel of Aloft Hotels, and the location was good.
Negatives:
The “King” rooms don’t actually have king-sized beds, which is misleading, and that made it very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep because of this, and while several of the staff were as accommodating as they were allowed to be, offering us a larger room (which still had a single queen-sized bed) when I asked if we could move to a double queen instead, even offering to pay the difference, I was told that because I booked through a third-party site, the manager could do nothing, despite the fact that the hotel was not at capacity during our stay. I usually have good experiences at Aloft Hotels (I’ve stayed at Alofts all over the world), but this time was disappointing due to the manager’s inflexibility.

Positives:
The location was perfect; there was so most to do in just walking distance. The rooms was very cozy and the staff was amazing. The have a great little coffee shop on the side of the building. It was too cold to experience the outside bar and pool.
Negatives:
The only thing I did not like was the parking. Due to the there being a mall, restaurant, and D&B in the same plaza the parking can be a little annoying. But other than that we loved everything about this place.
