Negatives: my room was not cleaned properly and it was literally cat hair all over the floor and after being on the road all day to get there I had to literally mop the floor wipe down the walls and clean down the entire bathroom before I could get comfortable

Negatives: While the hotel property itself was very descent. The neighborhood was a bit dodgy. Our interaction with staff was very minimal, but they were not very friendly. The fact that we checked in through a window in the foyer and not at the actual desk made me a little nervous. Like, I was wondering what they knew about the area that I didn't.

Negatives: 2 staff members came off pretty rude and very demanding. Both my boyfriend and I were taken back how they acted. They were extremely strict about no smoking and we didn't do anything wrong but they acted like we did. My boyfriend was smoking in the smoking area and they still had an attitude like he was smoking somewhere else when he wasn't. They also don't have much for breakfast. Literally only 2 kinds of cereal and some Debbie Cakes and SunnyD. They seem to only updated the rooms but the outside of the building looks rundown. I was very shocked when I first saw it and thought for second that I had the wrong place. And I don't recall seeing where they do a $100 deposit on the room when I booked it but I could be wrong. I am getting it back since my room was completely fine and not damaged. Only good thing about the place is the comfy beds. I will most likely not be staying here again mostly because of the employees attitudes.

Negatives: No elevator!!

Negatives: Needed tableside lamps Bed very soft. Otherwise ok

Negatives: The cleaning staff, who do not speak English, walked straight into the room at 8:30 without knocking one morning. They did not offer an apology for the intrusion. When I called the Inn directly to book a second room for my aunt and uncle, the man who answered the phone, who seems to be the manager, was rude, and would not work with me. He almost hung up on me and adamantly refused to accommodate me in any way, even though I remained polite and offered several possible alternatives.
