Very good
Positives:
Outside room access was nice since we were traveling with our dogs.
Negatives:
The location wasn’t the best. Lobby was not clean. The description of “continental breakfast offered” was a joke. “Snacks offered” would be a better description. The parking situation needs attention.

Exceptional
Positives:
Physical location good because of proximity to shopping and restaurants however area is sketchy at best. Lots of homeless people
Negatives:
Blond haired lady at front desk was rude with absolutely no people skills. She must work 2 to 10 because that's when we interacted with her. Breakfast was a joke. Packaged pastries and bevita bars. 2 choices for cereal. Coffee was terrible. Room old and damaged. Bathroom door did not close and had yellow stains on it. Upper corner of it was broken off. Shower heads nice but shower itself looked either like beadboard peeling off or just moldy. Soap dispenser did not work in shower so we went across the street to buy soap. Windows then and it was very noisy (people and traffic). Would not recommend. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. Never again.
