I tried to book it for and extra night so when I got back from work ...even tho the night before the front desk worker didn't charge me a deposit, but the very next night the clerk insisted that I pay a 100 dollars cash deposit that I didn't have he charged my card anyways which cause me to overdraft my account...

I recently stayed at there and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. While there were a few positive aspects to my stay, the unhelpful attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else.

Fantastic Waterfall massage shower. Clean comfortable beds. Nice boutique hotel.
Negatives:
Receptionist is curt, not friendly. Does her job literally and that only. Checks you in, with as few words as possible. No communication or variance from the script. “Do you have reservation? Need license/credit card—silence—-no eye contact—-sign this paper— here’s your key card, room ….”
Stayed 3 times — all the same— but really like the hotel rooms/location so I’ve stayed again.

I was unable to stay at hotel. Called several days in advance to cancel through booking company. I was still charged for the reservation. When I called hotel to inquire about charge. I was told there was nothing they could do. I would like to have my card refunded, for room that I didn't stay in

I've stayed here multiple times as a stop along my way to and from Florida, it's a very convenient location and the showers are nice.
Negatives:
During this stay, the front desk staff were not as helpful as in the past. The TV didn't work, her response was "maybe I'll be able to find somebody" obviously never did because nobody showed up. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming and the place didn't appear as clean as it has in the past.
