Exceptional
Positives:
Nothing at all.
Negatives:
Very dirty and bed bugs.

Don't do it!!!!!
Positives:
The convenience of being close to I75 and a restaurant next door
Negatives:
The management seem very nice and greeted us with smiles. We went to first guest room assigned, the vanity had not been cleaned nor did the bathtub seem to have thoroughly cleaned. The bed and room was spacious enough it just didn’t seem to have been sanitized. The front desk apologized and was happy to assign us another room. The second guest room was again passable but we did clean vanity and surfaces ourselves. The downfall was the couple arguing and waking us up at 3:30am. I did not feel comfortable at all and stayed awake until we got on the road again at 6:00am. Definitely not managements fault however experience overall was not pleasant. Management you can see is doing what they can however thorough cleaning of hallways and guest rooms can make a huge difference and maybe result in more satisfied guests.

Good
Positives:
Location and the room is ok.
Negatives:
The lady at the desk was not nice and sweet like the other 2 times that we stayed here. Maid just handed us towels and didn't clean the room. Stated it was early and the time to leave had changed

Passable
Positives:
A good clean basic hotel
Negatives:
Rooms on 1st floor being renovated, had to stay on the third floor. There was an elevator, though, but it was inconvenient moving stuff from the car

Very good
Negatives:
No access to WiFi on any device we had. Spoke with staff about it multiple times. Roaches were found dead. The bathroom, especially the shower, was dirty. I thought it was the shower wall design at first. It wasn’t. Got stuck in traffic trying to get back to extend my stay. I told the property staff via phone call. They stormed to the room right after demanding pay as I already told them I was on my way. Could not extend it online to save time. Could not pay via phone either.

Would not stay again
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
It wasn’t very clean. You could tell that they don’t put a lot of effort into upkeep. There was people hanging out in the parking lot. It made me nervous as I was traveling alone. The room wasn’t very clean. I didn’t get much sleep. I cleaned the tub and toilet myself. There was not any comfort and I had a short stay. I got there late. It’s also not very secure. I don’t recommend this hotel unless it’s all you can afford. The pictures online are not updated at all.

Bad
Positives:
The room was clean and comfortable.
It was located near the interstate highway which was good and bad. A convenient location, but a bit noisy for sleeping as our room faced the interstate highway.
Negatives:
We didn't appreciate the noise from the interstate highway. Nor did we appreciate that our coffee pot didn't work.

Passable
Positives:
Location near I-75 was convenient to get on and off. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Security was lacking. It was a joke. The key card to get into the facility was broke so they left the door ajar. The entrance was confusing. Instead of walking into the lobby from the front door, you walk into a hallway by the elevator. You have to turn a corner to find the main desk. This looks like a mid-century building built in the 60’s. The hallway door to our room must have shrunk. You could see light coming through all around the door. They were replacing the bathroom floors with ceramic tiles. They just left the tiles sitting in the hallway by our door. They must have just replaced our flooring and were done for the night. The free breakfast was a joke. Tiny muffins, tiny yogurts, no bacon, eggs or sausage. Just cereal, oatmeal, and waffles and yogurt. No fruit!!!!!The worst part was the Antiquated OLD flat screen TV. Even though it was a flat screen, it was not digital. They only showed old TV shows and very fuzzy. The TV must have been the first flat screen version. Thick! No news stations or weather stations on this tv.

I would say this was...
Positives:
The bed was soft.
Negatives:
The hallways smelled like pee, the rooms need a deep clean. They need to take everything out that bathroom and do it all over.. That hotel gave me prostitution vibes…They need to deep clean each room from the carpets to replacing the bathroom tub.
